3. Handover to Courier
The courier picks up the shipment from our Moscow office. We receive a tracking number and immediately send it to you. From this moment, you can track the envelope's movement on the courier's website.
4. Delivery and Handover
The courier delivers documents to the specified address. A signature is required upon receipt. If you're not home, the courier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup at a collection point.
